HoustonTX.RoofExpertUSA.com is NOT a licensed roofing contractor, general contractor, construction company, or insurance adjuster. We do not employ roofing crews, provide roofing labor, perform building inspections, or provide physical contracting services.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Any roofing contractors, service technicians, or companies to whom you are referred are independent third-party businesses. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of RoofExpertUSA. RoofExpertUSA does not supervise, direct, or control the work, scheduling, workmanship, pricing, materials, or safety practices of any participating contractor.

3. No Warranties or Performance Guarantees

RoofExpertUSA makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees—either express or implied—regarding the quality, timeliness, suitability, safety, or legality of services provided by independent contractors. We do not guarantee that any request will receive an immediate response or that emergency services will be immediately available during major weather crises or disaster declarations.

4. Consumer Due Diligence & Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the consumer or property owner to:

  • Verify the licensing, registration, bond, and insurance credentials (including General Liability and Workers' Compensation) of any contractor before authorizing work.
  • Obtain a written, signed contract and itemized estimate from the independent contractor specifying the scope of emergency triage or permanent repairs.
  • Directly negotiate payment terms, guarantees, and warranties with the chosen contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RoofExpertUSA, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from work performed, missed appointments, property damage, water infiltration, bodily injuries, or disputes between consumers and independent third-party contractors.
